Do you want to lose weight and have significant fat lose? I don't mean, lose a little and gain a lot. I mean really lose that extra fat for good, read my story and find out what I did about my weight, food and eating and you will see it is possible. Lets start with" Diet", the word Diet..
The problem, most people have with the word "diet" is that it has so many different meanings to so many different people. To some the word diet means watching what they eat or eat less. To others this may mean what type of food you eat. What it should mean is life style. Your diet depends on you life style. If you eat the wrong foods and the wrong time, you will have many different problems. If you ever notice that people of different cultures have body frame that are allot alike. That not to say, people in China are not fat or that there are no slim Mexican people. That's not what I saying, what I am saying is that, most of the overweight country's, like America, eat foods rich with sugar and are process to death. People who don't eat any process food, will never and can not get fat. If you ever watch shows that show people who catch and kill there own food, are not fat. They may not have the best looking body's, (that's a whole story in it's self) but they are not fat. Another problem with being overweight.is you health. Health problems is the most damaging to over weight people in the USA. The Biggest problem is that most American's can't help but eat process food either because of cost or location.
Don't Bet Your Life On it
Lets stay with the overweight aspect of diet. You can eat what you want and still lose weight. Allot of people don't know this or think that it's some sort of trick, and does not make sense. Or they never herd of such a thing. But it is true. There is a way you can eat, depending on how much you eat now, double what you eat and burn fat like crazy. I learn this really by accident because of my job, and how I had to work.
I was a bus operator for the city, and being in that field of work, your hours are long and e regular. You can some time work from 7 am to 9 or 10 pm. So as you can imagine, you eat allot of fast food. The problem with this is that fast food, no matter how you cut it, is not a healthy food group. Most fast food restaurateur try to put healthy food in their menus, but 90% of there sells are from unhealthy foods and in the long run, can kill you.

With that in mind, I started bringing my lunch to work, but what I notice was that, I was never satisfied with the amount of food I was bringing, and I did not want to bring a full course meal either. So, I bought a few products online and read a few, but not much help. The reason I check online was I was a little overweight for my size. I'm only 5'9 and my weight was 185 lbs. Not allot overweight, but enough for me not to want to take off my shirt. My belly stuck out and did not look good at all, not to mention, I have skinny legs. Now get a real good picture of that in your mind. One of the programs on line I singed up with gave me what I was looking for.

Before I get to that, I need to say, I tried many different diets to get my belly back and have some abs. I tried the no carb thing for a long time. It did work, I lost like 30 lb real quick, the only thing about that diet is that, I LOVE CARBS!! So I keep slipping back and forth with that and gave up. Could not keep that up, and yes, I gain it all back. I tried this thing call: The truth about abs.. This was for me, the name alone sold me. They have a totally different way do lose weight then I have ever heard of before. You don't really have to use the program, you can lose the weight with out it if you do allot of research, but the program dose takes the guess work out of it and speeds things up. The main thing is watching what you eat, but the program gives you what you need to get it done, fast.

The system works by cutting down on you sugar and increasing how much you eat. Now, if your like me, the first part makes sense but eat more? That sounded crazy, that would make me gain more weight, right? But, It's not really how much you eat but when. You eat more times during the day. I had got to the point I was eating 7 times a day. In fact, I was eating so much, I was almost never hungry. And yes, I lost allot of weight, and I mean allot. There is a part about foods, that you think are healthy, that are really making you fatter. All the foods they mention, I had in my cabinet. You know, like whole wheat, I thought that was good to eat, WRONG!!! Whole wheat is better then white, but it is the same for the most part. Also, did you know there are foods that help burn belly fat? Ya, I did not know that either. Oh, and did you know, abs work out are the worst thing you can do. I hate working out, I smoke, and like to relax so working out for hours a day, was out. This is different, you so light work out, every other day. Not long at all, very easy maybe 10 or 15 mins a every two days. I did not even do that, I would work out maybe ever 3 days, I'm lazy. To tell the truth, I really don't think I needed to work out at all. But if you want abs, and to burn fat fast, that will speed things up. I started that program maybe, about 4 month ago. Right now my weight is 165 – 160 lbs, I jump back and fourth between that but never go over. In fact I don't eat very much at all now. I not sure why, but I am never really hungry, unless I go the whole day with out eating, and even then I may only eat a small meal. Fruit is a really good thing, eat lots of it, it acts like a natural cleanser.

I can eat what I want, I really don't even stay away from sugar that much. I have at least, 2 things with sugar a day. Never any soda, diet only, and if you must do diet, I buy health food diet soda or all natural with stevia in it. Stevia is a natural sweetener that won't rot your teeth. It is a really good program and once you do it, you will stay like that. You don't have to give up any thing, not even sugar if you don't want to. It will take longer, but you can still do sugar. Hands down the best program I ever tried. And they have a refund if you don't like it. If you really want to lose weight, no pills no:stop eating carbs, no more eating just salads. Eat more, eat fat burning food, that are good. You really don't even have to give up junk food, just don't eat it for every meal, and your good. I love this program, I just had to share it with any one who wants to look good, and take there shirt off for no reason (LOL). My girl friend talks about me, she always saying: why are you taking off your shirt? It is not that hot. I finally got her on the program, this is her 3rd week, and she lost 9 lbs. In fact she lost 5 in the first week. I had to tell her: it's all good as long as you don't take your shirt off.
